You’re not coming here to be “fixed.”
You’re coming here to understand what’s really going on… and finally shift it.

Here’s what to expect.

Before Your Session

  • This work is about exploring unresolved experiences and patterns
  • You are the expert in your life… I guide the process
  • We use muscle monitoring to uncover what your system is holding
  • No medical diagnosis is made. This is a natural therapy approach

Session Investment

  • Initial session (Adults): $220
    • Up to 2–2.5 hours
  • Follow-up sessions: adjusted based on your journey
  • Children: $170 (with reduced rates for ongoing care)
  • By appointment only

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Everything you share is treated with respect and care
  • Your information is never shared without your consent
  • The only exceptions are legal requirements or safety concerns

After Your Session

  • You may feel:
    • Energised
    • Tired
    • Lighter
    • More grounded
  • Your body is doing exactly what it needs to do
  • Rest is key. Let the process unfold

Ongoing Changes

  • Your system continues working after the session
  • You might notice:
    • Subtle shifts
    • Different reactions
    • Old patterns surfacing to resolve
  • No judgement. Just notice what changes

The Healing Process

  • Unresolved experiences can stay stored in the system
  • When you have the resources, your body brings them up to resolve
  • This can feel like:
    • Old symptoms returning
    • Emotional or physical fatigue
  • This isn’t a setback.
It’s your system completing what it couldn’t before

Do You Need Another Session?

  • You’ll feel when you’re ready
  • Most people need more than one session
  • You’ll know when you’re on the right track

Timing Between Sessions

  • Start with every 2–3 weeks
  • Then space out as your system stabilises

How to Get the Most Out of It

  • Notice what’s changed… and what hasn’t
  • Track thoughts, patterns, or triggers
  • Bring anything that feels relevant
  • Awareness is part of the work

What this really means for you:

You’re not just talking about your problems.
You’re working with your system to actually resolve them.
